Friends have told Leah Conner that she should enter her husband Eric in the Hottest Husband contest, since the first time LAKE Magazine took nominees.

This year she submitted his name and he became a top ten finalist. So why should he be named the 2010 Hottest Husband?

“He is beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside,” Leah says. “He is a very respectful son, an awesome father, a loyal friend and a hard worker.”

A typical morning in the Conner household for Leah is spent waking up to find Eric making sure the shower is already warm for her before she gets out of bed. Breakfast is ready soon after followed by her husband helping to send her off for the day.

Eric’s devotion to family also spreads to their daughter, who is currently attending University of Florida.

Prior to her arrival, Eric wanted to make sure his daughter would be ready to maneuver the Gainesville campus so he made a trip up beforehand. “He rode the UF bus all around so he could tell our daughter which bus to take, where to park and what time the bus would get to her destination,” Leah recalls.
