Anthony Oxford

His name may be well-known around Lake County for his two businesses, Anthony’s Lawn Management and South Lake Tree Service, but there are several more qualities about Anthony Oxford many may not know.

“He is an awesome husband, great father and a respectable businessman,” wife Susan Mitchell-Oxford says.

Their two sons, five-year-old Brendan and three-year-old Brock, see him as someone special as he takes the time to read books, watch movies, go fishing or get ice cream with them.

“He is much more patient and the time he takes is so valuable to Brendan and Brock,” she concludes.

Susan also enjoys the wedded bliss she has shared with Anthony and believes they compliment one another, getting through the good times and bad.

“As we all know nobody is perfect, but my husband tries to grow every day in every way; spiritually, physically and emotionally.”

One example of this growth is in the help Anthony provides for others, whether it’s putting chairs away after his church service to shopping for and talking with a man recovering from a stroke.

“He will do anything to make someone else’s day better,” says Susan, as Anthony makes each day better for his sons, Susan and the community around them.
