- Focus – I keep reminding myself that focus is the key to my success. I must cultivate my thought processes to focus on the future and not on the present. The time conflicts, the aches, and the feelings of frustration will be forgotten in the wake of my future health and physical abilities. I must focus that the exercise is no more important than what “I” decide to ingest.

- Well I cannot believe it…they made my workout more difficult. Ha.
- My trainers have changed my workout again to keep it fresh but man it is tough. Within 4-5 minutes I am dripping on the ground.
- I am close to going belt shopping…I am on the last hole and it is starting to get saggy.
- I was sitting here looking at pictures of myself from the Christmas holidays and I cannot believe my progress.
- I still have a long way to go…I have a six month goal that I am approaching, but I also have a 12 month goal.
- More great news…my wife has started working out at Invicta as well. She feels my pain now ( :
- I keep pushing myself to leave everything I have at the gym…the harder I push the sooner I meet my goal of a health/vibrant exhistance.

- Would you believe that I have been so busy working out that I did not have time to blog?
- I feel great! People that do not see me everyday are commenting about my weight loss.
- Last week I started wearing suits that I have not worn in 2 years.
- Last week my doctor took me off of all my Staten drugs and reduced my blood pressure medication by 50%.
- I try to stay off the scale because I have not been losing pounds and pounds I seem to be loosing inches.
- I got discouraged for a week or two and then I reminded myself that my goal was to loose 30 pounds by the end of June, not 50! I truly feel I can achieve my original goal it would just be nice to drop it all at once.
- If I move just right I think I can see a stomach muscle!

- Since my last “Blog” I can describe my workouts as… More Work, More Sweat, More Groaning, More UGHS and less breathers!
- As my physical condition improves we are moving through my workout faster and with more vigor applied to each exercise.
- I took my wife out of town last weekend and went off the meal plan a little but I am back in the groove…I have worked too hard to slip up now.
- My trainers are supportive but relentless they push me each workout to leave everything I have at INVICTA.
- Next Tuesday is 2 weeks out from my weigh in – So if my fellow contestants are reading this I suggest you go to Kentucky Fried Chicken and consume large quantities of fried chicken to lube up your muscles and tendons…It helps REALLY! Lol.
