This Year’s Hottest Husbands Fashion Show Was One to Remember

Anything and everything happened at the 2010 Hottest Husbands contest, from the outrageous to the touching, concluding with the announcement of this year’s winner, Dr. Maen Hussein.
“Thank you to all the people who voted for me and now I have to go the Magic game [with my son],” said Dr. Hussein before exiting to the game in Orlando.
He didn’t leave before thanking his fellow “hot” husband contenders who strutted their stuff up and down the runway to enthusiastic wives, family members and co-workers.
“Thank you all and, ladies, your husbands are the hottest too so we are all winners,” he concludes.
Michelle Vivieros, Dr. Hussein’s wife, was excited and happy to see her husband crowned the winner but enjoyed more the overall experience of the competition.
“The contest has just been fun and everyone has been so nice,” she says.
“I’m very happy for the turnout and it was great to see everybody supporting him as he always gives to everybody. It’s nice that he feels appreciative.”
In lieu of a celebration at the moment, due to the night’s basketball game, Michelle and her parents were going to spend the evening calling family and friends to let them know of the win.
“His family is from Jordan so they all voted for him there; my family’s from Rhode Island so they all voted for him there,” she says with a laugh.
As for the fashion show itself, co-hosts Best Life Barb from HeartBeat Radio for Women and Jay Hurley from Trueman’s Fine Men’s Clothing left audiences in hysterics over their playful stage antics and one-liners.
The finalists walked the runway in several outfits from Trueman’s, ranging from casual to formal, all while dancing to the music providing by the show’s deejay.
The audience got involved as well, coming up to dance with finalists or just screaming out loud for their favorite husband.
Yet when Dr. Hussein was crowned the 2010 winner, everyone came together to offer congratulations and share in their enjoyment of the entire Hottest Husband experience.
