The last two weeks have been very challenging. I am physically seeing a change in my body. My arms are becomming more toned and my legs have thinned out. I have been doing weight training 5 days a week and cardio 4-5 days a week. I have also incorporated interval training into my program. I have been doing interval training in terms of running for the last two weeks. I am looking forward to my weight in in April to see how much muscle I have gained.

Thanks to South Lake Magazine for this wonderful opportunity. I am trying to show my appreciation by doing all I can to meet my weight loss goal. This experience has been great.

My challenge for the last two weeks has been getting in enough protein. I am not a big meat eater. I am making a conscious effort to eat more lean protein. The increased exercise is making causing my hunger to increase so I must be careful with my food choices.

Kyndall at NTC has been great; she has incorporated cardio into our workout program and is constantly trying out new programs to stimulate the muscles from different angles. Carlos at Body Transformations has also increased the intensity in his weight training programs with me. In the beginning I thought I was going to die but now I have adapted and there are definite improvements in terms of speed in my running and endurance.
