This month was a dread water month. I changed my diet but didn’t get the results I wanted. I didn’t lose the weight I bench marked for. I will have to adjust for next month. This month I did exercise by adding more weight lifitng to my program. My body can be stubbon at times and this may be an adjustment period to a new program. I will fine tune my diet and exercise program for next month and shoot for 8-10 pounds. I hoped I gained some muscle this month. I will add more cardio to my program next month; this method seems to work for me.
