Blog Day 12 – Days 18

This week was a rough one.  This was the first time since I started this adventure that I felt discouraged.  I haven’t really had a defined workout plan and do not have a well defined nutrition plan.  I hope to have something in place sooner rather than later.  Working out is great as long as you have a general idea of what you are going to accomplish, but not knowing just discourages me. I worked out with the intern on one day for 30 minutes.  I also worked out with my trainer two more days during the week.  One training day, I forgot my water bottle so I had to stop a few times during my cardio to go and get some water.  I also found out that day that apparently it is annoying when you bring your water to work out with your trainer.  We worked out lower body doing lunges, squats with medicine ball and reverse lunges.   I am just feeling that I am winging it on the days that I do not work out with the trainer.  I am looking to start this next week with a bang and just try to get myself moving every single day.  I guess for now I’ll just keep trying to eat right and find someone to help me with the nutrition portion. I’ll also ask again to get a more “defined” workout routine in place.
